A surprising rooftop gem

The rooftop pool offered stunning views of Chiang Mai—perfect for sunset photo ops. Staff were genuinely accommodating during our stay, making us feel welcomed.

The hotel’s furniture felt dated and the slow service at breakfast left much to be desired. The cleanliness of the facilities could also be improved noticeably.

We had a blast staying in a spacious two-bedroom suite. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Maya mall and many dining options nearby. The rooftop pool offered great views, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Don't miss exploring the Nimman area for some great food and fun vibes.

We faced some issues with mosquitoes in the room, which was quite annoying and affected our sleep. It's something future guests should keep in mind.

The kids loved visiting nearby Maya Mall for some fun shopping and delicious food. Spacious two-bedroom suite gave us room to breathe. We appreciated the easy access to tuk-tuks for nights out exploring Chiang Mai's vibrant market scene.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel needs better maintenance.

I stayed in the Superior Double or Twin Room and it was spacious with a separate kitchen area. The bathroom was huge, and the shower worked really well. The view from my room was amazing too! The only downside was that the kitchen wasn’t equipped for real use, which was a bummer. But if you want a comfy place that’s great value, this is it. Plus, it’s super close to cool spots like the Maya shopping center.

the furama has a great location near ninman, making it easy to explore. i really liked the superior double room size and the friendly staff who were very welcoming. also, the outdoor swimming pool is a nice spot to relax after a day out.

The rooms were clean and had a jacuzzi, which was an unexpected delight after a long day. I appreciated the courteous employees, especially the front office team who handled my inquiries with great professionalism.
